-How do I measure?
You want to measure the largest part of your hand: to get this measurement for us, hold your hand like like a puppet pictured below!
*Please round up/down to the nearest half size*
Ex: If you're measuring at an 8.25, go up to 8.5 for a more loose bracelet, or down to 8 for a more fitting bracelet.
What is the care & maintenance of the wired bracelets?
You will use a silver cleaning cloth found at most craft and jewelry stores. We ask you do not use liquid cleaner. Suggested cleaning for your bracelets is after each wear (but let’s be honest that, doesn’t always happen, just give them some TLC when you can). You’ll want to clean your wire bracelets to rid of any oils from your skin, perfume, or lotions. We use high-quality, tarnish resistant, wire.These creations are by no means 14k, but are high-quality, custom, jewelry pieces. If taken care of can last for a whole lot of sassin’!

Your Styled Sisters membership begins with the date of your sign up and is automatically renewed each month on or around the same business day of the next month unless a cancellation is made 7 days PRIOR to original sign up date.
Your membership will run for 30 consecutive days. You will be renewed unless you have requested your subscription be cancelled.
Once your subscription expires, you will no longer have access to member content.
What if I need to cancel my 'Styled Sisters' membership?

If I need to change mailing address, cancel membership, or update credit card information for my membership, how do I go about doing so?
You’ll be able to log into your profile to update the following:
-update address information
-update your credit card information (if updated before your sign up date which is your billing date)
If needing to cancel: We ask you let us know before the 23rd of the month if canceling. As your box will already be in the creating process! You can email us directly firstname.lastname@example.org. You will not be refunded if cancelling after charge date, as your box has already been created. Remember, if you’re canceling and you were an initial member that is grandfathered into our introductory price at launch, you will also lose the grandfather pricing. Ask about our freezing option!
When will I be billed monthly?
Your membership will be automatically charged on the same date that you signed up with you membership. (For example: If you signed up on May 27th, you will be billed on the 27th of each month.)
Is the SP membership a monthly, reoccurring payment?
Yes, you will be automatically billed every 30 days, until you emailed us at email@example.com to do otherwise.
How often will the quarterly boxes bill and ship?
The quarterly boxes will be billed every 3 months and will ship every 3 months. ( We always bill the month ahead for the following box.) See below to know which months those boxes will ship:
**Members signed up as of May 2019, your schedule will be the following:
Billed months- May, August, November
Receive boxes- June, September, December
When will the boxes ship out each month?
The boxes will be shipped out between the 15th-18th of each month, therefor you will receive your box mid month! If these dates fall on a weekend or holiday, they will ship out the following business day!
What is the return policy?
All sales of merchandise and/or memberships are final, with no exchanges, refunds or returns. If any mistake is made by us, we will be sure to take care of it for you.
Please allow UP TO 4 WEEKS for the creating of your Sandy Pearls creations as each item is made to order and handcrafted. If your order includes monogram please allow UP TO 5 WEEKS! In the Sandy Pearls shop, all creations are handcrafted items, and each are made to order along with being custom fit. If you provide your sizing and it is incorrect after receiving, there is a $12 fee for the remake of each bracelet! Let us know if you have any troubles measuring!
