-How do I measure?

Stretch Bracelets: You will want to measure your actual wrist, to get this measurement! If you like a looser fit, we suggest to round up to our next size up with the understanding it will be much looser.

SHIPPING

The Sandy Pearls carefully prepares and packs each order from our office in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Orders ship Monday through Friday.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, orders are currently shipping within 7-14 business days. NOTE: You may experience minor shipping delays due to the pandemic.

What is the care & maintenance of any accessory with any metal?

You will want to use a silver cleaning cloth found at most craft and jewelry stores. We ask you do not use liquid cleaner. Suggested cleaning for your accessory is after each wear (but let’s be honest that, doesn’t always happen, just give them some TLC when you can). You’ll want to clean your items to rid of any oils from your skin, perfume, or lotions. We use high-quality, tarnish resistant, nickle free, and/or 14k ( check each product description) )with our accessory to obtain longevity.

 

The Earring Club Subscription:

If I need to change mailing address, cancel membership, or update credit card information for my membership, how do I go about doing so?

You’ll be able to log into your profile to update the following:

-update address information

-update your credit card information (if updated before your sign up date which is your billing date)

If needing to cancel:  We ask you let us know before the 10th of the month if canceling. As your box will already be in the creating process! You can email us directly membership@thesandypearls.com. You will not be refunded if cancelling after charge date, as your box has already been created. Remember, if you’re canceling and you were an initial member that is grandfathered into our introductory price at launch, you will also lose the grandfather pricing. Ask about our "freezing" option!

When will I be billed monthly?

Your membership will be automatically charged on the same date that you signed up with you membership. (For example: If you signed up on the 15th, you will be billed on the 15th of each month.)

Is the Statement of the Month membership a monthly, reoccurring payment?

Yes, you will be automatically billed every 30 days, until you have emailed us at memerbership@thesandypearls.com to do otherwise.

 

 

When will the boxes ship out each month?

Your monthly earrings will be shipped out the 1st each month, therefor you will receive your box mid month! If these dates fall on a weekend or holiday, they will ship out the following business day!

What is the return policy?

All sales of merchandise and/or memberships are final, with no exchanges, refunds or returns. If any mistake is made by us, we will be sure to take care of it for you.

 Please allow 7 to 14 days for the creating of your Sandy Pearls creations as each item is made to order and handcrafted. In the Sandy Pearls shop, all creations are handcrafted items, and some designs are are made to order. If you provide your sizing and it is incorrect after receiving, there is a $12 fee for the remake of each bracelet! Let us know if you have any troubles measuring!
